They scratch my brand new Infiniti using drying hose!!!
I walked around the car before washing it and there were no scratches. I always do so.
I was upset and asked them at least polish the scratched place to make it unnoticeable.
Manager (cashier) rudely told me that they not responsible for that and just walked away without paying any attention to me. I would not drive new expensive car there??. I would not use this car wash for ANY car!!!

?? They have great coupons in the paper all the time. Additionally, they have pretty fair and competitive prices in the first place. I have noticed they do a through job and have a nice waiting area. They are fast, cheap, friendly and very efficient. Once I went to them and forgot to tell them about a stain I wanted cleaned slightly under the mat. Because of the location of the stain, it would be difficult to see. I am used to having to instruct the car wash people (at other car washes) exactly where to clean and half the time they still miss major spots that I specifically tell them to clean. Here however, they found even that spot (despite me not telling them about it) and cleaned it up. I was in and out in 20 minutes and had no complaints about the wash at all. The only problem about this place like others have said is sometimes a very rude cashier works there and she often seems unhappy and sighs making customers feel terrible.

PROS: Great Job/Work Done
CONS: Mean Cashier :(
